Kiri-Glow is a nutritional supplement that delivers complete keratin protein that the body can rapidly use to strengthen cells in the skin, hair, and nails. Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to all of New Zealand including rural areas. 
We aim to provide you with a speedy and positive delivery service.

Before confirming any order please triple check your address is correct, if an order goes to an incorrect address but matches the order you placed, we (ourselves and the Courier Company) are not liable for these and will need to be replaced at your own expense.

Once your order is received by our distribution team, these will be processed within 1-2 business days, our operating days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email (please ensure you check your junk or spam folders before contacting us if you have not received this email).

A signature is required for all orders. Please note, if you choose for the parcel to be left without a signature and the parcel goes missing, we cannot make a claim with the Courier Company, we are not liable and it will be at your own expense to replace the parcel.

If your order is going to your home address we suggest you check whether your property has an ATL (authority to leave) attached, this can be placed on a property by any previous owner and will not be removed unless the new owner requests it. The Courier Company will override a signature required if this is attached to a property. 

You can manage your order and any changes via the Courier Company directly, details of this will be in the email sent to you.

Please note, the delivery times above are an estimate only, once a parcel leaves our warehouse, we are not liable for any third-party delays that may occur. These times may be extended at present due to the pandemic.

You can track your orders journey via the email sent to you, if you notice nothing has been updated for a day or two, please first contact your local NZ Courier depot. You will need to quote your tracking number (found in your email).

Refund Policy

Whilst we do everything within our means to ensure your product arrives safely, we understand there may be times that damages occur. When this happens, we aim to make the returns process as easy as possible.

Simply send us an email to hello@kiri10.com and one of our friendly customer service team will be available to assist you. In the email include your full name, order number, any photographs of the damaged product and a little description around what happened.

If you receive the wrong order or product, contact us immediately, using the above email and one of our team will be able to assist you.

Once an order is received and processed by our distribution team, we cannot offer a cancellation or refund. If you require a refund before it has been received and processed, we may be able to assist, please email hello@kiri10.com. All refunds may incur a 5% admin fee to cover any costs we’ve incurred.

* All faults, damages and dispatch errors must be reported to us immediatelythese must be reported within the first 7 days of the delivery date.

* All faulty or damaged products need to be returned to NZ Couriers before any new order/product is sent out to you (NZ Couriers will be in touch to collect the item directly from you). Please Do Not throw away any part of the product or packaging, NZ Couriers need to inspect this in person before they will accept any claim made by us.

* Due to strict health guidelines, we cannot accept any opened products for exchange, returns or refunds.

* We do not offer exchange, returns or issue refunds for change of mind purchases or offer a money back guarantee if you did not notice any visible differences. Supplements are best when taken as a long-term product, we suggest making a commitment of at least 3 months.

* We are not liable for any reactions you may incur when taking the product, this does not deem the product faulty or damaged, every individual is different and if you believe you may be sensitive to any of the ingredients or have concerns about taking any of our products, we strongly recommend you consult your GP or healthcare provider first before taking the products. We can offer a refund on unopened products if you have bought a bundle and noticed reactions when taking the first bottle, please email our friendly team on orders@kiri10.com.
